1. SHIPPING CONDITIONS
For other countries, shipping costs will depend on the destination country.
Delivery times
Unless out of stock, orders are shipped as soon as possible:
- Spain & Portugal: 2 to 4 working days
- Europe: 3 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 30 working days
These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external carriers.
The customer may request a specific carrier in advance.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party transport companies.
2. RETURNS
In case of manufacturing defects or order preparation errors, a return may be requested.
Returns must be previously authorized by email.
The return shipment must be sent with shipping costs paid by the customer.
After inspection of the product, a refund or store credit will be issued if applicable.
3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.2 Prices
All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
3.3 Warranty
All products include a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear is not covered.

Any reproduction, distribution or modification without authorization is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Liability
The company’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
3.6 Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Alicante (Spain).

The company does not have access to card details at any time.
