At HO Soccer Shop we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a simple and fast service to manage size exchanges, returns and defective products.


SPAIN & PORTUGAL (MAINLAND & BALEARIC ISLANDS)

SIZE EXCHANGE

If you have received your order and the size is not correct, you may request a free size exchange within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the order.

The first size exchange is free for orders in Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands. If a second exchange is requested within the same order, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Important:

Customised gloves or products cannot be exchanged or returned.
The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging, original bag and intact labels.
If the requested size is not available, we may process a return.


PROCEDURE

1/ Contact us indicating your order number and the item you wish to exchange:

2/ We will send you a return label to drop the package at an authorised collection point.

3/ Once the product is received and checked to be in perfect condition, we will send the requested size.

*Free size exchanges are only available for Mainland Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands.
*For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the item received shows a visible manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement free of charge.

Important:

The defect must be manufacturing-related and visible upon receipt or early use.
Wear, abrasion or deterioration of glove latex is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty.
Palm durability depends on use, surface, maintenance and care.

2/ Our Quality Department will review the case to confirm it is a manufacturing defect.

3/ If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost, including Canary Islands shipments.


RETURNS

You may request a return within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the order.

Conditions:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging, original bag and intact labels.
Customised products cannot be returned.
Used, damaged or visibly worn products will not be accepted.
If the customer wishes to recover a rejected item, they must cover reshipping costs.
If the order is returned due to absence, incorrect address or non-collection within the carrier’s deadline, shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund or charged in case of reshipment.

2/ You will receive an email from the carrier with the return label and instructions for drop-off at an authorised point.

3/ Once received and checked, we will process the refund using the same payment method used in the purchase.

4/ Parcel Shop returns are free for Mainland Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands.


IMPORTANT ABOUT FREE SHIPPING

For orders that benefited from free shipping due to meeting the minimum order value, if after a return the order no longer meets the promotion conditions, the standard shipping costs of the original order will be deducted from the refund.

The customer must send the item to our facilities. The cost of this shipment will be borne by the customer. The shipment of the new size by HO Soccer Shop will be free of charge.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
